This historical Villa, located on the seafront of Santa Maria di Leuca, was built in the late 1800s as the residence of a local noble family.
The property is surrounded by a very broad Mediterranean vegetation garden.
An ancient stable on the backyard function as the owner dwelling in which the only heir still lives in it.

Accommodation first floor: A distinctive staircase facing the left side of the palace leads up to the first floor trough an entrance.
The first floor has 4 double ensuites: all the bathrooms have the typical cylindrical shape of the pinnacle towers. A delightful terrace is accessible from two of this bedrooms.
Another terrace is accessible from the roomy living area, which is connected to the kitchen.
Accommodation ground floor: Comprises a gracious small terrace which gets trough the living room with a double sofa bed, a small kitchen and two double ensuites. Each shower room has the same cylindrical shape of the first floor.

Price list: 1250 € - 2100 € p/week

Sleeps: 8 first floor + 4 ground floor
Extras: outdoor showers, spacious parking space and a washing machine on request.
