Just a street away, many bus lines to any place in or out of town. The Nice-Riquier railway station is a few paces away from the studio, with trains to Cannes, Monaco and Italy every 20 minutes.
10 minutes away by walk you will find the waterfront and many restaurants, and 15 minutes away is the historical centre with its gift shops and lively nightlife.
But the streets surrounding the apartment also have anything you might need : a small shopping centre, traditionnal restaurants and bars and children playground.
