Located just behind the Gare de Lyon, This reidence is a building which has a secure door that has Intercoms and a coded system. It has 7 levels and no elevator (sorry...).

There is also a commune room where the tenants can meet them and share there feelings, experiences and pass good times and meet new friends. Never be alone !!!


In fact, we propose furnished apartments which have 2 single size beds, a table with chairs, 2 cabinets, a small kitchen (fridge, electric plates, dishes) and a bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilette).

We have also 2 larger apartment that can hoste 4 persons.


Rent - mini 2 persons:
1 week to a month: 35€/night/person
more than a month: 20€/ night/ person
