A bright and very spacious room is available for 1, 2, 3 or 4 guests in the Gianicolo Hill area, at walking distance from pitoresque Trastevere and Porta Portese Sunday Marketplace.

The room has a large and comfy double bed (a second double-bed is provided for 3 or more guests), and has exclusive access to a beautifully decorated private bathroom with bathtub.

DSL Internet connection is available (and included in the price).

Our house is located in a central and strategic area, between the ancient Villa Pamphili monumental park and the Trastevere Railway station.

By city train (two stations are at walking distance), bus or tram, it's easy to reach every single touristic attraction in town (for example, the Vatican station is at just 4 minutes from our station, while old Trastevere area and the Gianicolo Hilltop are at walking distance).

The cleaning of the room is not included: guests shall clean their room before departure (or add 10 EUR for the cleaning). Please, let us know your option at least 2 days before leaving the room, so that we can organize the professional cleaning.

Please, be informed that two cats live in the house: they're lovely, but allergic people shall be aware of their presence before booking.

Please, also be informed that we expect our guests to be very tidy and clean.

RATES :

1 person : 45 EUR per night
2 persons : 70 EUR per night
3 persons : 100 EUR per night
4 persons : 130 EUR per night
Final Cleaning: up to the guest before leaving (or add 10 EUR to the total bill)
Washing machine : 5 EUR per full load

We speak Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
