Luxurious resort style B&B located 5 minutes from downtown Disney in the safest neighborhood in Orlando (Lake Buena Vista/Windermere)­ is converting to weekly and monthly rentals for upscale clientele. All potential residents will be background checked and references will be required. Great for young professionals, traveling businessmen and woman, or people in between permanent residences with the unstable housing market.

All rooms are fully furnished and have private bathrooms and there own private entrance/exit. All residents will have access to our gorgeous south beach style pool and jacuzzi area. There is also a 24 hour watchman on the property with on site laundry, private parking, and food services may also be available in the future.

We have a great reputation and are world renowned in the B&B industry. With the economy the way it is we were left with no choice but to try something new for the time being. We have not rented a single room for under $100 per night in years, and although the price of $250 per week seems somewhat inexpensive we are going to be very selective with our new tenants. You will not find a better short to mid term rental option anywhere in Orlando and especially in this part of town.
