El Pez was originally built as a luxury Tulum hotel, but was recently converted into a private villa, perfect for family groups, Tulum weddings or events. The villa has six "beach-chic" rooms with breathtaking views directly to the ocean, King size beds, stargazing balconies and the hypnotic sound of the sea to lull you to sleep.

El Pez provides daily maid service and a full time concierge on-site to take care of all your needs. There is fully equipped commercial kitchen for your use, or we can provide a full time chef to pamper you. Guests at the villa are ensured privacy, and exclusive tranquility (El Pez Tulum villa is not open to the public). There are no neighbors close by, ensuring your late night gatherings and events will not be disturbed.
